FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does Paraclete Oil partner with owners or investors?
Yes! Paraclete Oil Partners, LLC believes a great way to do business is to sit on the same side of the table with investors, mineral/royalty owners, leaseholders, and anyone else involved in the oil and gas land exploration and operation industry. When are royalty payments distributed?
Royalty payments are processed and released on the first business day of each month after the production month, which helps account for any account expenses.
What should I do if my royalty payment does not arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery to account for potential banking delays. Our payments are processed via EFT/ACH, so if they have not arrive on our around the first of the month, please reach out to the Paraclete Oil’s Partner Relations team immediately.
Who should I contact with questions about my 1099 form?
For any questions regarding the amounts reported on your 1099 form, please reach out to the Paraclete Oil’s Partner Relations team mentioned on your statement.

Royalty owners who receive more than $10.00 during the calendar year and working interest owners who receive $600.00 or more annually will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC in accordance with federal reporting requirements.
What are Ad Valorem taxes?
